After training in shiatsu massage in 2014, Lauren found her passion for working in the field of health and was inspired to pursue further study at university to become a qualified osteopath.

As an osteopath, Lauren is passionate about supporting her patients to achieve optimum health and well-being. She enjoys treating people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, and prioritises the individual needs of every patient. She uses a variety of techniques including myofascial release, joint articulation, muscle energy technique, manipulation and exercise prescription to achieve the best outcome for every individual. Lauren has an interest in treating pregnancy-related pain, babies & children, migraines & neck pain, and dizziness.

She has lived and worked in the Northern Rivers for nearly a decade and loves being part of such a vibrant community. On her days off from work, you will find Lauren at home gardening and drinking tea, or perhaps on an outdoor adventure going rock climbing, bush walking and camping.
