Ellie has just moved to Mullumbimby with her two nearly 5 year old twin daughters. Ellie owned and ran her own osteopathy clinic on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and is looking forward to joining the team at Bruns Osteo! Ellie is a compassionate Osteopath with a strong background in providing practical support, lifestyle advice and hands on treatment to adults and children experiencing physical pain and dysfunction. Ellie uses a combination of techniques to create meaningful change in the structure of the body to relieve pain and improve function, including gentle spinal manipulation, massage and deeply relaxing craniosacral treatment.

Ellie treats adults for all the aches and pains that life brings. She also treats babies and children for the health challenges that can pop up during childhood developmental stages including birth strains, difficulty sleeping/settling, support during leap phases and biomechanical strain/pain.

With over 10 years experience in the clinical Osteopathy setting working with adults and children to restore pain free movement and function, Ellie is an experienced and grounded Osteopath. She has completed post-graduate studies in craniosacral therapy, reiki, dry needling, breathing therapy, bibliotherapy and biodynamic osteopathy and has deep passions for permaculture, growing her own food and herbal medicine.

Ellie takes a broad and holistic approach to creating change in your health, including supporting stress reduction for better healing outcomes and supporting good sleep habits for improved tissue repair.

Ellie is available in the clinic on Saturdays.
